Bishop Tony Parry
Bishop Tony Parry, company director and the main tutor at PEL. With over 20 years of experience at the management level in the voluntary community sector and church leadership, He brings a wealth of expertise to our training programmes. His career has been defined by leadership, education, and community development, underpinned by a commitment to excellence and a passion for equipping others for success.
In addition to his extensive management experience, he has served as a facilitator of New Testament and Old Testament studies for 15 years, imparting a deep understanding of scripture and theological principles to students from diverse backgrounds. This role has allowed him to combine my pastoral insights with sound academic teaching, emphasising the application of biblical truths in real-world contexts.
As a social work practice educator, he has mentored and guided students through their professional development, ensuring they gain practical skills and confidence to excel in their fields. His dedication to nurturing growth in others is at the core of his work, whether in theological education, management training, or community leadership.
He is also a former accredited Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute, a distinction that reflects his expertise in strategic leadership, governance, and operational excellence. This unique blend of pastoral, academic, and managerial experience equips him to deliver comprehensive training tailored to the needs of individuals and organisations.
