How does online learning work?
Our courses can be viewed on a desktop, laptop or any mobile device.
How do I choose my course?
Click on the 'Course' tab to browse our range of courses. Once you’ve found the perfect course for you, click ‘enrol’ to make your purchase.
Who can sign up for an online course?
The online courses are offered to anyone who is over the age of 18.
how long will students have to complete a course?
All courses are available for 12 weeks, however, a 30-day extension can be requested for a £50 fee.
Are the courses accredited?
Our courses are not yet accredited.
Cancellation
1. Refunds must be submitted in writing to contact@pedagogic.co.uk within 14 days of course registration
2. If we cancel a course (online), a full refund will be provided or a transfer to another course offered - we reserve the right to cancel the course if there are less than 6 delegates in attendance

How is my course assessed?
There will be a multiple choice assessment at the end of each course.
Certification
You will need to successfully complete all self-study modules online in order to receive a certificate of completion. You also need to download or view all resource documents. Every unit needs to show as 100% complete in order to successfully complete the course.
When you have successfully completed your course, your certificate will be available to download or view in the 'My awards' section in the training platform. Click on MY PORTFOLIO – My courses and you will see 'My awards' at the top of the screen.
