How can I choose my courses?

Click on the 'Course' tab to browse our range of courses. Once you’ve found the perfect course for you, click ‘enrol’ to make your purchase. 

Who can sign up for an online course?

The online courses are offered to anyone who is over the age of 18.

How does online learning work?

Online learning allows you to work through your course at your own pace, study seamlessly around your career and family. With good internet connection, you can log in to your course anywhere, anytime, whether it's from home, your office, or during your commute or lunch break. Our courses can be viewed on a desktop, laptop or any mobile device.

How long are the courses?

For all self-directed courses, the entire programme is available to you for 12 weeks after enrolment to facilitate your learning.

Are the courses accredited?

Our courses are not yet accredited.

Cancellation 

1. Online training provision is non-refundable once booked
2. If we cancel a course (online), a full refund will be provided or a transfer to another course offered - we reserve the right to cancel the course if there are less than 6 delegates in attendance

How is my course assessed?

There is no formal assessment. There will be continuous assessment offered throughout the course, including computer-marked test.

Certification 

You will need to successfully complete all self-study modules online in order to receive a certificate of completion. You also need to download or view all resource documents. Every unit needs to show as 100% complete in order to successfully complete the course.
When you have successfully completed your course, your certificate will be available to download or view in the 'My awards' section in the training platform. Click on MY PORTFOLIO – My courses and you will see 'My awards' at the top of the screen.
